THE FILM

Transformed from
the inside out.

Adventurer and chef Mike Keen sets out alone by sea kayak from Qaqortoq in South Greenland to Qaanaaq in the far north. Along the way he eats only food sourced from Greenland and allows the journey, the landscape and the people he meets to reshape him.

Alongside the expedition, scientist Aviâja Lyberth Hauptmann follows what is happening inside Mike's body, revealing an unexpected story about food, environment and human adaptation.
